My ideal clients are individuals navigating the weight of modern life — demanding careers, relentless responsibilities, and unresolved trauma. Many of them feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and a lingering sense that something essential is missing. They are not only seeking relief from emotional pain, but also a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. They are looking for a therapist who can support them in managing their emotions, building healthier coping skills, and exploring the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and authenticity.

What sets me apart as a therapist is my deep empathy, my commitment to evidence-based practices like CBT, and my passion for existential exploration. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted — a space where they can safely confront life’s uncertainties, reconnect with their values, and reclaim their personal freedom and agency. In our work together, we explore both immediate coping strategies and deeper, existential questionsabout identity, meaning, and what it truly means to live well.

I am currently licensed for mental health and substance use treatment in Washington State, Oregon, Minnesota, Wisconsin, California, and I meet with clients virtually at this time. This allows us to create a flexible, accessible space for healing and self-exploration, wherever you are.

I understand that reaching out for help can be daunting, but you don't have to face these challenges alone. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for

your unique journey. If you're ready to move beyond survival and toward a more connected, authentic life, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can explore your challenges and help you create a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.
